How Can pain In The Shoulder And Neck Be Treated?

Hi , Dr. Herrick from last one year my mother is suffering from sever pain around the neck and solder. Later with MRI our Dr. told its cervical spondylitist and she need to go for operation for disc 5 and 6. Last month when we went they told its bone TB. from last one month she is on treatment of TB but no relief she is suffering with continuous pain. please can you suggest me some treatment or help me out to give a proper direction for her treatment. my mother age is 56. Hello,

Bone TB may take time 2-3 months to start response. Till then you may take pain killer medication, the cervical soft collar may useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
